Ordering from within the UK:

Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Black Vinyl Records". Remember to sign your cheque.

Do NOT send your credit/debit card details to us via email - it is not a secure form of communication.

Please note: Cash sent by REGISTERED MAIL is sent at the buyer's own risk. Black Vinyl Records cannot accept responsibility for any losses which result from sending money through the post.

You may also transfer funds directly into our bank account. Simply email us, or write (click here for a printable form) to us, detailing your order and giving the date you transferred funds. Do not forget to include the price of Postage (see below). We will despatch your order as soon as our bank verifies that your funds have been successfully transferred to our account. In the first instance, please email, telephone or write (click here for a printable form) to us, giving the following information:
1. Your Name
2. Your Address
3. Your Email Address
4. Details of your Order
5. Your credit/debit card details
6. Whether you want your Order delivered by AIR or SURFACE mail.

We will then send you a PRO-FORMA invoice detailing the exact price of your order, including Postage.

We will then process your order using the credit/debit card information you provided on your order form. If you placed your order by email and we do not have your credit/debit card details, we will ask you to provide them either by Telephone or Mail - we will process your order as soon as we receive them.

Alternatively, you may pay for your order by certified cheque drawn on a UK bank account and payable in STERLING. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "Black Vinyl Records". Remember to sign your cheque. Cheques should be sent by post to:

If you are unable to send us payment in Sterling we can accept payment in your local currency - however, it is important that you include sufficient payment to cover any current fluctuation in exchange rates and a £5.00 bank charge per order. Always use a currency converter to ensure your calculation is correct.
